NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top machinery companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:

Caterpillar rose $1.03 or 1.2 percent, to $84.89.

Deere & Co. rose $.80 or .9 percent, to $85.79.

Manitowoc fell $.49 or 3.2 percent, to $14.77.

Terex rose $.26 or 1.1 percent, to $23.86.
