NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on Nasdaq at the close of trading:

BG Medicine Inc. : Approximately 631,500 shares changed hands, a 1,366.6 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.48 or 16.3 percent to $2.47.

Camco Financial Corp. : Approximately 35,800 shares changed hands, a 807.6 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or 5.0 percent to $1.70.

Cleveland BioLabs : Approximately 2,503,200 shares changed hands, a 1,939.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.65 or 26.2 percent to $1.83.

Copano Energy LLC : Approximately 4,720,500 shares changed hands, a 1,907.0 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $1.61 or 4.8 percent to $31.75.

Donegal Group B : Approximately 2,000 shares changed hands, a 1,095.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.04 or .2 percent to $18.56.
