NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top construction companies were down at the close of trading:

Fluor fell $1.91 or 3.2 percent, to $57.16.

Foster Wheeler fell $1.07 or 4.5 percent, to $22.97.

Quanta Services Inc. fell $.59 or 2.4 percent, to $23.55.

Shaw Group fell $.67 or 1.5 percent, to $43.69.
