Aetna fell $.50 or 1.1 percent, to $43.43.

Cigna Corp. fell $.72 or 1.4 percent, to $49.62.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.20 or .5 percent, to $43.55.

Humana Inc. fell $.66 or .9 percent, to $74.45.

UnitedHealth Group fell $1.16 or 2.0 percent, to $55.72.

WellPoint fell $.30 or .5 percent, to $61.72.
