NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top big-box retail companies were mixed at the close of trading:

Costco Wholesale Corp. fell $.22 or .2 percent, to $96.78.

Target rose $.14 or .2 percent, to $63.04.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. rose $.12 or .2 percent, to $77.03.
