Aetna fell $.21 or .5 percent, to $43.71.

Cigna Corp. rose $.10 or .2 percent, to $50.08.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.06 or .1 percent, to $43.64.

Humana Inc. fell $.24 or .3 percent, to $74.49.

UnitedHealth Group fell $.51 or .9 percent, to $56.98.

WellPoint fell $.25 or .4 percent, to $62.13.
