NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Asia Tigers Fund : Approximately 400 shares changed hands, a 93.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.04 or .3 percent to $14.01.

CDI Corp. : Approximately 4,500 shares changed hands, a 87.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.01 or .1 percent to $16.49.

European Equity Fund Inc. : Approximately 2,100 shares changed hands, a 90.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.03 or .4 percent to $6.86.

Hubbell A : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 90.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.39 or .5 percent to $77.84.

Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. : Approximately 26,000 shares changed hands, a 84.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.14 or .7 percent to $18.89.
