NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Asia Tigers Fund : Approximately 600 shares changed hands, a 90.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.03 or .2 percent to $13.97.

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 20,100 shares changed hands, a 88.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.07 or .2 percent to $28.12.

Collective Brands Inc. : Approximately 200 shares changed hands, a 100.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $21.72.

Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corp. class A : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 85.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.34 or 1.7 percent to $19.75.

Korea Equity Fd : Approximately 700 shares changed hands, a 96.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.15 or 1.5 percent to $9.83.
