NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top railroad companies were down at the close of trading:

CSX fell $.40 or 1.9 percent, to $21.21.

Canadian National Railway Co. fell $1.14 or 1.3 percent, to $88.77.

Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. fell $.55 or .6 percent, to $88.43.

Kansas City Southern fell $1.56 or 2.0 percent, to $74.84.

Norfolk Southern Corp. fell $.33 or .5 percent, to $66.95.

Union Pacific fell $1.38 or 1.1 percent, to $121.26.
