Barrick Gold Corp. rose $.13 or .3 percent, to $41.50.

Gold Fields rose $.14 or 1.1 percent, to $12.43.

GoldCorp. rose $.13 or .3 percent, to $46.11.

Newmont Mining Corp. rose $.21 or .4 percent, to $55.97.
