CSX rose $.13 or .6 percent, to $21.42.

Canadian National Railway Co. rose $.54 or .6 percent, to $90.05.

Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. rose $1.59 or 1.8 percent, to $88.88.

Kansas City Southern rose $1.06 or 1.4 percent, to $76.28.

Norfolk Southern Corp. rose $.72 or 1.1 percent, to $66.90.

Union Pacific rose $.59 or .5 percent, to $122.16.
