NYSE stocks posting largest volume increases


NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners L.P. : Approximately 7,737,000 shares changed hands, a 1,311.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $1.29 or 4.6 percent to $26.75.

Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. : Approximately 283,600 shares changed hands, a 482.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.07 or 1.8 percent to $3.89.

Cabela's Inc. : Approximately 5,099,200 shares changed hands, a 852.4 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $1.00 or 1.8 percent to $55.97.

Luxfer Holdings PLC : Approximately 195,100 shares changed hands, a 468.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.28 or 2.5 percent to $11.28.

Media General Inc. : Approximately 588,800 shares changed hands, a 470.6 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.12 or 2.3 percent to $5.33.

MetroPCS Inc. : Approximately 83,995,800 shares changed hands, a 907.3 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.45 or 3.7 percent to $12.69.
