NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Blackrock High Yield Trust : Approximately 3,900 shares changed hands, a 81.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.01 or .1 percent to $7.96.

Blackrock New York Municipal Bond Trust : Approximately 300 shares changed hands, a 88.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.01 or .1 percent to $16.86.

Central European and Russia Fund Inc. : Approximately 3,300 shares changed hands, a 88.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.11 or .3 percent to $33.94.

DWS Strategic Municipal Income Trust : Approximately 3,800 shares changed hands, a 85.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.06 or .4 percent to $15.40.
