Amazon rose $4.55 or 1.8 percent, to $260.47.

eBay rose $.90 or 1.9 percent, to $49.49.

Google rose $5.55 or .7 percent, to $768.05.

Groupon Inc. rose $.13 or 2.7 percent, to $4.80.

LinkedIn Corp. rose $.30 or .2 percent, to $121.98.

Yahoo rose $.06 or .4 percent, to $16.27.

Zynga Inc. rose $.01 or .5 percent, to $2.82.
