Kohl's Corp. fell $1.31 or 2.5 percent, to $50.93.

Macy's Inc. rose $.18 or .5 percent, to $39.67.

Nordstrom rose $.17 or .3 percent, to $56.05.

J.C. Penney Co. fell $.12 or .5 percent, to $23.77.

Saks rose $.31 or 3.0 percent, to $10.61.

Sears Holdings Corp. rose $.53 or .9 percent, to $56.99.

TJX Companies rose $.29 or .6 percent, to $45.50.
