Liquidity Services Inc. fell 7.1 percent to $46.04.

Proofpoint Inc. fell 6.9 percent to $12.98.

USMD Holdings Inc. fell 6.7 percent to $21.00.

ZAGG Inc. fell 6.5 percent to $8.39.
