Bridgepoint Education Inc. : Approximately 164,300 shares changed hands, a 80.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.05 or .5 percent to $10.15.

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 19,800 shares changed hands, a 88.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.05 or .2 percent to $27.85.

GSE Holding Inc. : Approximately 8,600 shares changed hands, a 83.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.01 or .1 percent to $7.85.
