NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Bridgepoint Education Inc. : Approximately 116,400 shares changed hands, a 85.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.04 or .4 percent to $10.20.

European Equity Fund Inc. : Approximately 3,100 shares changed hands, a 85.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.01 or .1 percent to $6.85.

Nuveen Municipal Income Fund : Approximately 2,600 shares changed hands, a 80.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.03 or .2 percent to $12.64.

Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund : Approximately 4,700 shares changed hands, a 79.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.03 or .3 percent to $10.49.

Pimco New York Municipal Income Fund : Approximately 1,800 shares changed hands, a 85.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.04 or .3 percent to $12.70.

RailAmerica Inc. : Approximately 76,400 shares changed hands, a 80.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $27.49.
