Aetna fell $.56 or 1.4 percent, to $39.34.

Cigna Corp. rose $.27 or .6 percent, to $47.12.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.21 or .5 percent, to $41.59.

Humana Inc. fell $.46 or .6 percent, to $70.06.

UnitedHealth Group rose $.10 or .2 percent, to $56.30.

WellPoint fell $.67 or 1.1 percent, to $57.81.
