Aetna rose $.11 or .3 percent, to $39.71.

Cigna Corp. rose $.11 or .2 percent, to $47.21.

Coventry Health Care Inc. rose $.04 or .1 percent, to $41.77.

Humana Inc. fell $.12 or .2 percent, to $70.16.

UnitedHealth Group rose $.11 or .2 percent, to $56.29.

WellPoint fell $.46 or .8 percent, to $58.80.
