Amgen Inc. rose $.39 or .5 percent, to $82.10.

Biogen Idec fell $.10 or .1 percent, to $154.94.

Celgene Corp. fell $.13 or .2 percent, to $76.86.

Gilead Sciences Inc. fell $.23 or .3 percent, to $66.98.
