Grains futures fall, pork prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures fell Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 2 cents to $8.7950 a bushel; December corn fell 10.50 cents to $7.46 a bushel; December oats fell 2.50 cents to $3.7325 a bushel; while November soybeans dropped 50.75 cents to $16.1875 a bushel.

Beef futures fell, while pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.60 cent to $1.2575 a pound; October feeder cattle fell 0.28 cent to $1.4672 a pound; while October lean hogs rose 0.10 cent to 74.85 cents a pound.
