Apollo Group fell $.34 or 1.1 percent, to $29.28.

Career Education Corp. fell $.13 or 3.2 percent, to $3.91.

DeVry fell $.36 or 1.5 percent, to $22.96.

Strayer Education Inc. fell $.92 or 1.3 percent, to $69.50.
