NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top autos companies were up at the close of trading:

Ford Motor Co. rose $.17 or 1.6 percent, to $10.59.

General Motors Co. rose $.32 or 1.3 percent, to $24.75.

Honda Motor Co. rose $.58 or 1.7 percent, to $33.91.

Toyota Motor Corp. rose $.76 or .9 percent, to $82.18.
