Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. rose $.15 or .5 percent, to $33.05.

Hospira fell $.08 or .2 percent, to $35.22.

Johnson & Johnson rose $.30 or .4 percent, to $68.85.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.13 or .3 percent, to $46.78.

Merck rose $.38 or .9 percent, to $44.46.

Pfizer rose $.17 or .7 percent, to $24.18.
