Aetna rose $.07 or .2 percent, to $39.11.

Cigna Corp. fell $.55 or 1.2 percent, to $47.25.

Coventry Health Care Inc. rose $.10 or .2 percent, to $41.67.

Humana Inc. fell $.68 or 1.0 percent, to $70.44.

UnitedHealth Group rose $.27 or .5 percent, to $54.52.

WellPoint rose $.20 or .3 percent, to $58.55.
