Aetna fell $.28 or .7 percent, to $37.61.

Cigna Corp. fell $.23 or .5 percent, to $46.33.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.05 or .1 percent, to $41.19.

Humana Inc. fell $.76 or 1.1 percent, to $69.34.

UnitedHealth Group rose $.66 or 1.3 percent, to $53.25.

WellPoint fell $.04 or .1 percent, to $58.61.
