NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top managed care companies were mixed at the close of trading:

Aetna fell $.31 or .8 percent, to $37.89.

Cigna Corp. rose $.56 or 1.2 percent, to $46.55.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.18 or .4 percent, to $41.23.

Humana Inc. unchanged at $70.10.

UnitedHealth Group fell $.94 or 1.7 percent, to $52.80.

WellPoint fell $.80 or 1.3 percent, to $58.65.
