NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top homebuilders companies were mixed at the close of trading:

DR Horton rose $.55 or 2.8 percent, to $20.31.

Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. rose $.29 or 8.8 percent, to $3.60.

Lennar Corp. fell $.11 or .3 percent, to $33.08.

Pulte Homes Inc. rose $.16 or 1.1 percent, to $14.67.
