Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. fell $.07 or .2 percent, to $33.23.

Hospira fell $.99 or 2.8 percent, to $33.98.

Johnson & Johnson rose $.47 or .7 percent, to $68.35.

Eli Lilly & Co. rose $.04 or .1 percent, to $46.69.

Merck rose $.25 or .6 percent, to $44.30.

Pfizer fell $.06 or .2 percent, to $24.19.
