Kohl's Corp. rose $.15 or .3 percent, to $52.68.

Macy's Inc. fell $.47 or 1.2 percent, to $39.99.

Nordstrom rose $.35 or .6 percent, to $57.86.

J.C. Penney Co. rose $.20 or .7 percent, to $28.70.

Saks fell $.06 or .5 percent, to $11.44.

Sears Holdings Corp. fell $1.03 or 1.8 percent, to $57.15.

TJX Companies fell $.01 or percent, to $45.84.
