Capital One Financial Corp. fell $.12 or .2 percent, to $57.04.

Discover Financial Services rose $.11 or .3 percent, to $38.34.

Mastercard rose $.85 or .2 percent, to $433.45.

Visa Inc. fell $.20 or .2 percent, to $129.30.
