NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

BRT Realty Trust : Approximately 200 shares changed hands, a 95.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.01 or .2 percent to $6.29.

Blackrock Florida Municipal 2020 Term Trust : Approximately 400 shares changed hands, a 96.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.03 or .2 percent to $15.71.

CBS Corp A : Approximately 800 shares changed hands, a 87.6 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.32 or .9 percent to $36.11.

Chatham Lodging Trust : Approximately 4,800 shares changed hands, a 89.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.16 or 1.1 percent to $14.06.

Franklin Covey Co. : Approximately 4,700 shares changed hands, a 87.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.14 or 1.3 percent to $10.35.
