Fluor fell $.30 or .6 percent, to $52.08.

Foster Wheeler rose $.10 or .5 percent, to $21.44.

Quanta Services Inc. fell $.17 or .7 percent, to $24.06.

Shaw Group rose $.06 or .1 percent, to $41.85.
