Comcast Corp. fell $.02 or .1 percent, to $33.95.

Walt Disney Co. unchanged at $49.63.

Gannett fell $.04 or .3 percent, to $15.03.

New York Times Co. rose $.07 or .8 percent, to $9.18.

News Corp. fell $.11 or .5 percent, to $23.51.

Time Warner Inc. fell $.33 or .8 percent, to $41.53.

Viacom Inc. rose $.45 or .9 percent, to $50.95.
