Apollo Group fell $.42 or 1.5 percent, to $27.53.

Career Education Corp. fell $.04 or 1.1 percent, to $3.45.

DeVry fell $.46 or 2.3 percent, to $19.55.

Strayer Education Inc. fell $.84 or 1.2 percent, to $67.69.
