NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top oil companies were mixed at the close of trading:

BP PLC fell $.03 or .1 percent, to $42.69.

Chevron fell $.14 or .1 percent, to $112.52.

ConocoPhillips fell $.36 or .6 percent, to $57.03.

Exxon Mobil Corp. fell $.45 or .5 percent, to $87.95.

Marathon Oil Corp. rose $.06 or .2 percent, to $27.16.
