CHICAGO (AP) — Grain prices were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for September delivery fell 8 cents to $9.05 a bushel; December corn added 0.75 cent to $8.2450 a bushel; December oats were flat at $3.8550 a bushel; while November soybeans jumped 23.75 cents to $16.55 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures were also mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle slipped 0.15 cent to $1.2562 a pound; October feeder cattle rose 0.30 cent to $1.4080 a pound; while October lean hogs fell 0.33 cent to 75.62 cents a pound.
