Las Vegas Sands Corp. rose $.86 or 2.2 percent, to $40.46.

MGM Resorts International rose $.70 or 7.5 percent, to $10.08.

Marriott International Inc. rose $.77 or 2.1 percent, to $38.12.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. rose $.41 or 1.6 percent, to $26.10.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. rose $.23 or .4 percent, to $56.10.

Wynn Resorts rose $4.84 or 4.9 percent, to $102.64.
