NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on Nasdaq at the close of trading:

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp. : Approximately 261,300 shares changed hands, a 684.2 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.04 or .2 percent to $20.73.

Halozyme Therapeutics Inc. : Approximately 10,618,600 shares changed hands, a 1,306.6 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $4.26 or 49.8 percent to $4.30.

Home Federal Bancorp of Louisiana : Approximately 23,200 shares changed hands, a 854.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.21 or 1.3 percent to $16.00.

Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc. : Approximately 11,264,200 shares changed hands, a 723.5 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.26 or 3.1 percent to $8.06.

MedAssets Inc. : Approximately 3,306,400 shares changed hands, a 730.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $2.56 or 19.9 percent to $15.41.

Nexxus Lighting Inc. : Approximately 563,100 shares changed hands, a 660.5 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or 41.6 percent to $.13.
