Price of gas falls 5 cents a gallon in NH

CONCORD, N.H.

The average price of gasoline in New Hampshire has fallen 5 cents per gallon in the past week.

That averaged to $3.59 on Sunday.

Nationally, the price fell 4.5 cents per gallon, to $3.61.

New Hampshire's price was 20.7 cents per gallon lower than the same day a year ago, and 20.2 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.

The gasoline price website NewHampshireGasprices.com says the national average has decreased 18.2 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 16.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
