Aetna fell $.16 or .4 percent, to $41.34.

Cigna Corp. fell $.01 or percent, to $45.11.

Coventry Health Care Inc. rose $.52 or 1.6 percent, to $33.25.

Humana Inc. rose $.24 or .3 percent, to $79.26.

UnitedHealth Group rose $.12 or .2 percent, to $59.37.

WellPoint rose $.93 or 1.3 percent, to $70.73.
