Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. rose $.13 or .2 percent, to $71.65.

Best Buy fell $.28 or 1.4 percent, to $19.76.

Home Depot Inc. fell $.98 or 1.9 percent, to $51.26.

Lowe's Cos. fell $.41 or 1.5 percent, to $27.03.

OfficeMax fell $.07 or 1.6 percent, to $4.30.

RadioShack fell $.08 or 1.9 percent, to $4.15.

Staples fell $.13 or 1.0 percent, to $12.63.

TJX Companies fell $.47 or 1.1 percent, to $41.23.
