Capital One Financial Corp. fell $.54 or 1.0 percent, to $53.53.

Discover Financial Services unchanged at $33.38.

Mastercard fell $8.81 or 2.0 percent, to $422.83.

Visa Inc. fell $.72 or .6 percent, to $117.42.
