-- Payments or other arrangements the brokerage has with the market center


MARKETS MUST DISCLOSE

-- Average speed for trades of different sizes

-- How often they miss the best stock price available

-- How often they improve prices by giving customers better prices than the current quote

-- How often they fail to fill limit orders
