The Orca Mini Stapler fits easily into the hand and presents a funny, friendly face to the world. It's definitely not corporate but looks great in the SOHO--small office, home office--environment. Or at school. Always nice to have a little humor, especially when the product works so well. Price: $4.95.

OXO has done it again. Extending its brand, the company has a new kitchen tool that is designed (by Refac/Human Factors) to twist off plastic caps, pry off metal caps, and then act as a bottle stopper to save what's left in those beer, soda, or even champagne bottles. The tool is ergonomically sound, with a round, bulbous handle that is easy to grip. Price: $2.99.

Motorola's V Series cell phones come with access to the Net, three digital operating systems, and FM stereo radio on one of them--GSM, which is in Europe. It is also big into fashion, with rubber wraps in different colors or a sleek hard shell painted pearl or metallic. Customize your own.
