Finnish online brokerage is spreading into Germany--and setting up a system for stock trades over mobile phones.

ICON MEDIALAB:
Europe's largest Web designer, the Stockholm-based company has opened offices in 12 countries, including France and Italy, and is helping put European giants like Alcatel and L'Oreal online.

LETSBUYIT.COM:
Swedish E-merchant pulls together consumers to create buying leverage--and then negotiates low prices from manufacturers. It plans on expanding to other countries in the coming months.
