After Bottled Water, What Comes Next? Steve Jobs once derided John Sculley for a career selling sugar water (''Guess who wants to make a splash in water,'' News: Analysis & Commentary, Mar. 1). With that market conquered, PepsiCo Inc. and Coca-Cola Co. are now pursuing a simpler market: plain water. What's next? Since there is nothing left to remove, my guess is that they'll sell water parts: hydrogen and oxygen.
