'File your taxes--and save a tree' (Personal Business, Feb. 1) In ''File your taxes--and save a tree'' (Personal Business, Feb. 1), we neglected to say that, in addition to using the Internal Revenue Service's TeleFile program to file a 1040 EZ form by phone, taxpayers can also file electronically with Block Financial's Kiplinger TaxCut 1040EZ Online (free, at www.kiplinger.com/software) and WebTurboTax ($9.95; free for taxpayers with adjusted gross incomes of $20,000 or less, at www.turbotax.com/webturbotax). Also, Kiplinger TaxCut 1998 Federal Filing Edition offers free electronic filing. And the approximately $30 retail cost of Intuit's TurboTax Deluxe reflects a $20 rebate available by mail from the publisher. We also should have said that only the basic versions of TaxCut and TurboTax software can be downloaded. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ |
