IS IT ANY WONDER THAT THE CEO'S PAYCHECK IS SO BIG?

In ''Executive Pay'' (Special Report, Apr. 20), you say that the average boss earns 326 times a factory worker does. This can't be stopped as long as these same executives sit on each others' boards as members of compensation committees. The remedy can only come if workers and nonexecutive shareowners sit on these committees.
